Jonah Bank of Wyoming - Branch

A three-phase addition and renovation of the former State of Wyoming Oil and Gas Commission Building included all tenant finishes for Trihydro, Lincoln Financial, and First Street Coffee Company (River’s Edge CafĂ©). The project site involved conformance with strict PUD guidelines along the banks of the North Platte River in Casper’s Old Yellowstone District and the additions blend with the existing building vocabulary, but also allows the building to “rise up” as its elevation is below the adjacent street. The Jonah Bank tenant area included coordination of all owner-provided bank equipment, special security system, specialty door hardware, CCTV, and owner-provided furniture. The project was issued in three phased bid packages and all design and construction was completed in just a years’ time from start to finish. A separate asbestos abatement project was coordinated prior to the start of construction. A portion of the building was outfitted with new HVAC while another portion of the building utilized the existing HVAC system with reconfigured ductwork.
